The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (whole floor) of our centrally located, but very quiet guest house. You can park directly at the house. Bicycles brought along can be safely stored in the lockable garden house.

The apartment can accommodate 2 - 4 people and has two bedrooms with a double bed or a comfortable, large sofa bed, each with a balcony, TV and wardrobes are available. In addition, each bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower and toilet.
The kitchen with seating for 4 people is equipped with everything necessary. From the kitchen you also have access to the balcony and seating is available there.
You will find a communal washer-dryer on the 1st floor of the house.

If you arrive by train: take the Bayerische Regiobahn Oberland (BRB) from Munich main station to Gmund a. Tegernsee. Then from Gmund station continue by cab or RVO bus (lines 9557, 9559) to Bad Wiessee (Kogelkopfstraße stop). From there it is about 10 minutes walk to the apartment.
You can safely leave the car, because with the TegernseeCard (included in the price) you can ride the public buses and even the ship for free. From us it is. 6 minutes to the bus and 10 min. to the ship pier. A very popular program is therefore to take the boat to Tegernsee to the Bräustüberl - and if it gets late and humid, then back by bus. There are also several hiking and biking trails on the doorstep (bike rental just around the corner!) - so you can start right away, without a car!

Due to the central location in the center of the village is only a few minutes walk away. Various stores, the pier and bus stop can be reached with a short walk directly on the shore of Lake Tegernsee. Hiking trails and cross-country skiing trails is also right outside the front door.

Cancellation
Current Cancellation Policy: Flexible - 21 days.
Cancellation of the booking free of charge is possible until 21 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after this date, in case of no-show or early departure, we allow ourselves to charge you 90% of the room rate per night.
Travel insurance
If you delay a booked stay or do not start it at all or cancel it early, cancellation fees may apply. To be covered in such cases, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Deposit
For make accommodations will be a Deposit charged upon conclusion of the accommodation contract. This is due together with the payment of the balance. In case of non-payment, the related booking will be cancelled. A full refund of the deposit will be made provided that the booked accommodation has been left without damage to the furniture and without heavy soiling beyond the normal case after checkout.
